Happycuci Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

Welcome to happycuci, an online entertainment platform offering a wide variety of games including Slots, Bingo, and Sports Betting for adult users in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions govern all aspects of your use of the happycuci website and mobile app.

HappyCuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly rebates, and VIP loyalty program rewards. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before withdrawals are permitted
• Standard wagering requirements are between 10x and 30x the bonus value depending on the promotion type

• Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated

As a happycuci member, you are fully responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in your location. You also agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account
• Introducing illegally obtained funds into the platform (money laundering)
• Abusing or exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the system

Situations that may result in account suspension or closure:

• Confirmed multiple account ownership
• Confirmed bonus abuse
• Use of unauthorised software or attempts to hack the system

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the HappyCuci support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method once all bonus wagering requirements have been met.

HappyCuci provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running 24 hours a day without interruption, we cannot guarantee platform availability at all times.

HappyCuci is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence
• Unsatisfactory game outcomes as a natural result of games of chance
• Third-party delays in payment processing that are beyond HappyCuci's direct control
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform

In all cases, HappyCuci's maximum liability to you is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

All content on the happycuci platform — including but not limited to designs, logos, graphics, text, software code, brand names, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of happycuci or its licensed rights holders.

You is not permitted to:

• Copying, distributing, or reproducing any platform content without written permission
• Creating derivative works based on any element of the HappyCuci platform
• Using the HappyCuci brand name or logo in any context without permission
• Reverse engineering the platform's software

Any infringement of happycuci's intellectual property rights will result in appropriate legal action being taken under applicable Malaysian law.

HappyCuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notification of material changes will be sent to your registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate implementation.

These Terms and Conditions, together with all documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and happycuci regarding your use of the platform. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or a competent court in Malaysia.
